With the exception of whole chalet bookings, children aged 13 and below are expected to eat at 6pm, creating a more adult environment for the 7.30pm dinner. Children are welcome to use the sitting room whilst parents have their dinner. Adult Discounts
- Third and fourth adults using a family room qualify for a £100.00 discount. This is only available when all twin rooms are occupied already.
Group Discounts
- A group of 9 to 16 persons will receive one free place.
- A group of 17 to 24 persons will receive two free places.
- A group of 25 to 32 persons will receive three free places.
- A group of 33 or more persons will receive four free places.
Please see the Group Discounts section in our booking terms. Subject to availability, if you increase the numbers booked prior to the date of the final invoice, group discounts will apply. Only adults or children paying the full adult price are included when calculating group discounts.
Deposit
- A deposit of just £100.00 per person will secure your holiday.
Bed Supplements
If there are only twin rooms remaining, it may be possible in some rooms to accommodate a third person on a temporary bed, although this will make the room a little cosy. This will be charged from £150 depending on the season.
Room Supplements
- Balcony : £20.00 per person per week.
- Bath : £10.00 per person per week.
- £50.00 for family suite
Sole Occupancy
Anyone requiring sole occupancy of a room will pay a sole occupancy supplement. Those willing to share a room with another person of the same sex will avoid paying this supplement. The empty bed / sole occupancy supplement will vary between £200 and £300, but at our discretion may not be available during high season.
Terms & Conditions relating to £/¬ exchange rate offer
If the offer was agreed at the time of reservation and is applicable, the confirmation will appear on the bottom of our invoice to you. Only with this confirmation can any claim be made.
Deliveries to Chalet
Due to previous problems our staff have been instructed not to accept any hire equipment delivered to the chalet unless the guests are present.
